Getting Grounded

We all need to be grounded in order to have our mind, body and spirit to be properly connected. This way the left and right brains are working together without blocks as well. Getting grounded is important to energy work and accurate muscle testing.
Many people walk around ungrounded because they are in either fight or flight mode which is a stress reaction connected to survival. We often go there in this day and age because so many over stimulations burden us. We can and must get relief though. There are basic ways you can practice getting grounded on your own. This is helpful after an airplane flight which commonly ungrounds folks. Do this grounding by walking around barefoot on earth, sand or grass. You can also get grounded in the Eagle meditative pose, which you can look up. You can also imagine roots flowing from your feet that go wide and deep to connect you to the gifts of the earth.
While you can get grounded on your own, we will look for any blocks keeping you from being grounded in our energy session. Your grounding system has energetic parts that need to be balanced and strong in order for you to be fully grounded.
