Most of us have heard we need more vitamin D, but are you aware most of us are deficient in Zinc? Why does it matter? Well, Zinc is an essential mineral for everyone....




The foods available to us don’t contain enough zinc anymore to provide all the zinc we need. Even the best organic farms tend to be missing zinc from their soil, in part due to the elevated levels of toxic heavy metals that fall from the sky which alter the pH balance of the soil.
